Affordability Calculator

The home affordability calculator helps you determine your maximum affordable home price based on monthly income, debts, interest rates and the length of your loan. Use the sliders to explore your options. To enter an exact number, click on a number in an edit box and type in the number you want. Once you have made your entries in the Sales Price Chart Tab, the Sales Price Table shows you specific dollar figures broken down by desired down payment percentage.

College Savings Calculator

The College Planner allows you to analyze your situation with regards to saving for your child's college education. The planner allows you to compute one of the following variables while allowing you to modify the others: Initial Savings, Monthly Savings, Annual Return, Time to College, and Annual Cost Today. Once you choose a variable to compute, you can then click the diamond shaped sliders next to any of the other variables and drag them to the left or right to an appropriate value to get immediate answers for any number of 'What If' questions. However, if you want to enter an exact value for a variable and the sliders are unable to provide this, you may click the edit field and enter the exact value.

The Biweekly Mortgage Calculator helps you analyze your mortgage needs. It computes the biweekly mortgage payment in comparison to the regular mortgage. Retirement Planning Calculator

The Retirement Planner allows you to analyze your retirement needs and savings. Based on information you provide in the Personal Info tab, the planner calculates your life expectancy and the number of years until your retirement. On the Retirement Needs Tab, the planner calculates how your retirement contributions will grow until the actual start time of your retirement. The information you provide in this tab is used by the planner to calculate whether your pre-retirement contributions will cover your expenses during your retirement. The Retirement tab analyses your retirement savings and shows you what savings you will have accumulated at the beginning of your retirement.
